People were skittish about buying...
Whether because it was a clone brand in legal tussles already or because one couldn't do the usual product updates, or because it's a clone (Windows may be everywhere but, like it or not, the clone nature of PC hardware does add a compatibility risk by default and while Microsoft delegates it to OEMs (who in turn say to go to Microsoft), Apple contains everything - right down to responsibility; something Microsoft may never understand.)

Good riddance to Psystar.
