Windows 7 RC - First Run (First look: Windows 7 RC)

It is your job to make them comfortable and understand just how little the differences are. Everything that XP has in it is in the newer operating systems, and then some little things that the typical user will not use. As a reseller it is your job to help them understand this and make them comfortable. All it takes is a simple explaination about the appearance is the only huge overhaul, but the features function the same. Besides XP ease of use isn't a problem anymore, Windows 7 is suppose to have the XP theme built into it anyway. So tell the customer that, and I promise they will migrate. If not then you suck with the job don't you know. I say this with the most positive intent BTW. What is the goal of all corp. America, helping the community just sit there stuck or make things right, or is it to mature with demand. In my world of Corp. America, Corp. way of maturing is to educate and make someone, or something more comfortable! It is a great model so use it. The Corp. will appreciate it and so will your customers!!
