RE: USE THE MOST CURRENT VERSION AN KEEP UP-TO-DATE
People most computer problerms is not Microsoft, it is the consumer and business inability to always keep up-to-date and maintain their computers with good utilities like those from PC Pitstop and Norton, which I use. I have Vista Ultimate with all current updates and service pack 1 and have no problems when doing so. I back up all necessary files and programs to an external hard drive and sometimes Blu-Ray High Def DVD recorable media. You ALWAYS want the current version of Windows for contemporary reasons, security and new trends, software and hardware reasons most obviously. When version 7 is released in NON-beta format, then you do a fresh install and erase your whole hard drive, because you should have all other necessary files backed up anyways so there is no excuse for laziness. Any computer needs a fresh reinstall and fresh hard drive erase at least every year and when there is a new version. So to clear up all this blog, news and media nonsense and laziness and red tape, there you have the answers to correct and contemporary computing with little and no stress and fuss and problems. erniemusic2@yahoo.com
