Nope, sorry I am not "just" a computer geek, but I am also a DIY geek.
On my list? Parts: Transistors (small signal, UHF, silicon switching, FET's, UJT, Hall effect, etc), IC's (timers, drivers, voice modules, quad and decade counters, etc), bread boards...I could use a few different sizes, diodes (zeners, rectifier, gunn, hp, etc), capacitors (electrolytic, ceramic, precesion, etc)...and a book of schematics and ideas for cool things to build (oops, I got a few of those already, I just need the parts: oh and you can scratch off the book: "The Best of Instructables" too, I recently got that also.
Oh, and if anyone has made a decent replacement for the LM3909 LED flasher, I am in the market
