It's a good testimonial, but just a testimonial. You'll find similar stories at any forum, for any manufacturer. For business users, quick service is more important than anything other than compatibility.

If you really want good service and hardware, visit your local computer shop - you can always call them or go there for repairs without shipping stuff anywhere, and while they may cost a bit more, the service is usually outstanding.
You'll also get lots of expertise and recommendations from a real computer geek (not a genius) on future purchases.
