Well, for an unreleased browser, that was just put into beta, I would think
it is way too early to make any judgments. But, given all of the outstanding features, such as each tab as a process, a process manager just like an OS, phenomenal JavaScript performance, the inverted tabs, uncluttered interface, Gears included, etc, I would say it will gain 5% very fast once it is finally released.

It could even lead to netbooks with a stripped Linux kernel, no window manager, just Chrome! Imagine that.
