I have been building and selling PC's for years and first thing is know your motherboards before claiming top Quality. It is bottom of the barrel MBO.Period. Works.Yes it works.Quality of the board and the components use. Old stuff from years past. Everything else is pretty much the same oridinary components to get that 699.00 value. Intel,yes,memory,value type,PSU,ok HDD and drives? What else is there. But if that was a Gigabyte,Asus,Intel or even a MSI motherboard then top quality arguably. I know this is the future for PC's, below that 699.00 mark as almost any thing but extreme can be done on that one or less. Quality is suspect though.We call them landfill computers.
