- If you want a better Windows experience...

switch to Linux/KDE. Sorry I just couldn't resist. I don't really believe that. I do believe if you want a better Windows experience run XP or even W2k. No matter how much I experience Vista it still is a pain to use. And no fanboy is going to convince me otherwise. There are several issues with my AD and VPN networks that simply require more mouse clicks to make work and then not work as well.
Linux really isn't the answer here because I don't have third party app support for some critical apps. But Vista sucks and it seems every time I sit down in front of one of my new Vista machines to do some real work more than one thing arises to make me exclaim, "VISTA SUCKS!" - Posted by: bjbrock Posted on: 07/16/08 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
