Virtualized OpenSUSE 11.0
I too am a devoted Ubuntu user, and decided to check out OpenSUSE 11.0. I downloaded the 32bit GNOME LiveCD and loaded in with Virtualbox in Windows XP. I got through the whole setup fairly quickly but when the "system" rebooted it crashed and said that the installation had failed. I deleted the vdisk and created a new one and tried the install again with the same results...Can someone tell me why this is happening? I was very excited about trying this distro but now I have my doubts. My setup is as follows:
P4 2.4GHz (overclocked @3.2GHz)
2GB Corsair
nVidia Geforce 6800XT
Windows XP MCE [SP2]
VirtualBox (unknown version)
