- What does it do?
- When I boot up am I even using the video card?The drivers are not installed yet.Is their card bypassed and some not even close to default BIOS setting accessed?Digital video is frames and some header frame size and rate stuff.Does this card supply the rest of the video signal---sync pulses and stuff?
