Microsoft wants to "buy" your searches - but are they for sale?
I don't see the problem with getting cash back on my purchases. If it saves me some money then so be it. I see it as a great initiative for people to use Microsoft Live Search and see what web search is really supposed to be like.

Secondly, Google makes searching so easy. When I?m setting up a system the Google Toolbar is one of the first applications that I install. If Microsoft wants me to shift then it?s going to have to make my search experience as good as (if not better than) what Google is offering me now.

It already is and has been for a quite a while now. Google has dropped the ball on their search services. Trying to find relevant results is like a needle in a haystack. With Microsoft Live Search I get relevant results fast! Their content is indexed so that search terms come up with the best possible results for your queries. With Google I get a lot of spam pages, blogs, and other parked domains. The clear choice to use is Microsoft Live Search when you want answers fast.
