- Use Opera Mini on the Tilt

Install Opera Mini for free. I've got it on my Tilt and it's pretty sweet. Fast, full featured, and it can either give you the pages as they look on PCs or reformat them for your phone. And there are third party virtual keyboards you can add if you want. (I kind of like using handwriting recognition, because when I use it people don't realize I'm texting my wife.)
That said, Windows Mobile isn't the most robust OS in the world.
