The problem with iTunes...
...is it doesn't have EVERYTHING. As an older user (late-30s), sometimes I want to hear some 80s songs or an obscure title here and there. The iTunes collection is just not complete. There is too much music NOT available. Movie soundtracks is a big one lacking, especially those "limited releases" like the 8CD Superman set that is only being pressed 6000 times. Sure, the music is 20-30 years old, but much of it is unreleased and has NOT been available ever.

If iTunes had an unlimited library, then all other music outlets would surely die. I wouldn't need to search eBay or collector CD stores. It's not Apple's fault the music isn't there. It's the labels.
