The vast majority of the third world has little technology penetration. Most people are more worried about their next meal than their email.

Correct, to some degree. I know there's a large black market in many Asian countries. It'll probably be in black markets everywhere long before Microsoft releases it, which is why I don't understand why they're delaying releasing it one it's RTM.

Turns out we agree: They should not wait to release it once it's RTM. They're just hurting themselves by making us wait.
