I don't protect it..
My windows partition; however, is protected.

When I first started looking into Macs way back in the middle of last year (I was owning a mac before it was HIP to own a mac... trend-setter!) I inquired on a few forums about the AV products and wondered why they existed.

I got two responses.
Macs are really subjected to virus attacks so its really no point to get AV software yet.

The second one is kinda harsher. Don't get AV software it'll just chew up clock cycles.

Thats me... I do however protect my MBP with a Speck Case!
