The first order of business is to make sure that people who want to do business with you aren't prevented from doing so.

I spend a lot of money on WebScription e-books. No DRM, and all I have to do is go to the site to download (or read interactively) any of the books I've paid for. In contrast, I haven't spent a dime on music for quite a few years -- despite frequent impulses to pick up a copy of (for instance) Brothers in Arms, it's just too much trouble.

Pay attention, Warner: this is a very well-off Boomer household you've lost to the war.
