- Sounds like you don't have the brightest IT staff. I have install hundreds of linux servers for everything from F&P, mail, DB and web/application. The problem is not with the OS it is with the developer. Windows has lulled so many engineers into trusting the gui for everything. They figure if it is not in the gui then it isn't necessary. This is far from the truth. A good engineer understands this.
