Kubuntu really works
For the average computer user that want word processing, e-mail, browsing, chat and you Tube support, this will work just fine.
I consider myself a power user and have had no problems with it after I got the M-Player plug in for Mozilla Firefox.
You can go completely through life without needing to see a single prompt on a blank screen.
You folks that are hysterically slamming it obviously haven't tried it with an open mind. Ubuntu/Kubuntu is a way to put together a really cheap, usable PC scavenged from old, slow Computers that won't run under windows. My old 2GHz P-4 is really fast again!
