when you're making it with OLED displays, like with any such fledgling tech, the price is really high... OLEDs haven't had their price drop significantly yet, so, I expect it'll come down to a few hundred as soon as OLEDs drop...
and not even ergonomic... come on. I personally hate the ergonomic keyboards, as I've adjusted to an atypical typing style, which is just fine for ergonomics... besides, they could easily have an ergonomic model in the pipe that they can later pull out and implement for more profit...
