Amazon also owns Mobipocket, which Amazon used a modified version of (the ebook files) for the kindle. Mobipocket is available for everything EXCEPT the iPhone and iPod touch, nor does it do linux or OS X, which STANZA does (although Stanza doesn't do linux either. I haven't tried running it using wine).


Did Amazon just manage to corner the market for ebook readers and/or formats, and we didn't notice???
