Productivity measurements
This would be a great benchmark to compare productivity between the iPhone and other smartphones. So far, reviews of the iPhone have basically boiled down to USER EXPERIENCE, USER EXPERIENCE, USER EXPERIENCE!11!!1one!!1. You could tell us exactly how much the iPhone's lack of copy and paste and its anemic peripheral support actually costs you in terms of hours lost productivity per month when compared to real... um... other smartphones. wink
