Remember RIM Now Claims 50% + Growth From Consumer
Hi Matt,

Keep in mind that during the last earnings report that RIM's consumer portion of subscribers is 38% and they are publicly stating that "more than half" of new additions came from the non-enterprise sectors.

This is why I think that RIM is particularly vulnerable.

You make an excellent point about the outages. That's an additional point of failure that if they were to continue would certainly be a big negative for the Blackberry service.
