I love my N800 with OS2008.
I take it with me wherever I go. I use DVD Rip on the Debian box to rip and encode DVD's then transfer them to a couple of 4BG sd cards for viewing on the go. Each 4GB card hold approx 8 movies.

I keep up on news and forums (including ZDNet) when I'm out using my N800.

I do like the slide-out keyboard on the N810. Going to upgrade in the spring.
