You may want to look at PhatPad
Actually OneNote Mobile only lets you take text notes and sync them to your PC with OneNote 2007.

If you want to take handwritten notes and then sync them to a PC with the ability to convert them to digital text then you should take a look at PhatPad from PhatWare, http://www.phatware.com/phatpad/index.html . If you have a Tablet PC then it should sync fine and if not, then I think you need to load their Pen Office software.

I actually am giving the trial version of PhatPad a go right now myself.
