Let's see if the market cares within a few years
These gadgets must be useful, i.e. easy to use or grandma and almost everybody
else will choose something better. Without usability will not all the features in the
world help, something every gadget-maker seems to have great difficulty to
implement except for Apple.

I think this is exactly one of the things which will make Microsoft lose, eventually.
