The problem, as I see it...
in your video, is that you have to use the stylus to bring up the keyboard where
you don't have to use your stylus.

This is a device that wants to be one thing, but really is something else.

Yes, you can live with that, but it really is bad design. "Design isn't how it looks,
it's how it works."

Best example I can give is ATM machines. My bank's ATMs have me fill out the
dollars and cents when I want to withdraw money. Since the machine only gives
out 20s, what's the point of asking for cents? I can live with it, but it just detracts
from the experience a little bit. Bank of America's ATMs say "Enter your PIN, and
press OK." Only problem is, there's no button labelled "OK." It says "Enter." And
on both of those machines, there is a physical keypad and a touch screen.

Same with this phone. You may be able to live with these things, but, ever so
subtly, it's detracting from your experience.
