Psion Netbook redux

I think the Psion Netbook, which this appears to replicate, turned out to be a great idea for a small market segment. Netbook users remain fiercely loyal to their device, and you can still pay a sizeable fraction of retail on ebay to buy one today, 8 years later.

The advantages to these devices (and I don't know how many the Foleo will match or improve on) include:
Over a laptop:
* Instant-on (no wait for laptop to boot -- ever)
* No hard drive means huge battery life, very robust to drops
* Never wonder if it's worth it to drag the laptop -- it's always worth it with a small one like this.

* Full connectivity means you may not want a laptop at all.

Over a smartphone:
* Large Touchscreen means addictively easy to use
* Full-size keyboard means fast typing -- ideal for taking notes in meetings without dragging a power cord or obstructing your view.
* Large screen means excel and word and powerpoint are usable

If Hawkins can do at least this well, he can get a market segment.
