cost of dst implementation vs energy savings?
i wonder what the cost of implementing the dst change in technology verses the energy cost savings will be? how many people are working countless hours (burning more energy with testing, verification, travel, etc.) if there is a savings, how long will it take to recover the cost of implementation? and if dst shows no savings... what is the cost of reversing the implementation?
