What my PPC needed!
This utility fills the space between the phone and PPC capabilities. I have an HTC Wizard (Cingular 8125) with WM5 and it is great for most of my mobile computing needs. I have found that it will do most of the things that I carried a laptop around to do. However, it was more difficult to utilize the phone functions than a standard cell phone.

However, the SPB Mobile Shell makes the phone capabilities operate nearly as easy as a simple cell phone. I downloaded the demo and loaded it up. As soon as I saw it in action I registered it. I was - and still am - convinced.

Along with the ease of phone dialing, it makes the homescreen of the device operate much more like a laptop Windows desktop. You can use the arrow keys to browse and activate the icons. I don't need the stylus just to dial the phone or start the media player - or any other executible.

If you have a PPC, then this is what you have been missing!
