What exactly do you mean?
Danny T -- Not sure what your question actually is! From what the article says, it is an Adobe Apollo application. It looks like the application is built using Adobe Flash or Flex and is then compiled in a way that let's it run as a freestanding desktop software application. That looks like what "Adobe Apollo" is supposed to do. (right?)

This "San Dimas" project looks to be officially an experiment/prototype by eBay and effectiveUI, but it is built using the eBay Web Services API that any developer can access with the proper account by signing up with eBay. This was shown off at Adobe's developer's conference in Las Vegas and people really thought it was cool.

When you ask "wherever this ends up being hosted...", are you talking about the Web services? The actual software application? The open source ActionScript code that was developed by the group? I think you will be able to download the ActionScript libraries from the eBay developer center or maybe Adobe labs, the API is already available to you and the super cool version of "san dimas?", well, that looks like it is up to eBay?
