P, I think this is going to be a very interesting dynamic. Flash provides its own (ECMA based) scripting language and some people I've talked to thought the lack of a native scripting language would hurt WPF/E. I think the move to embrace and extend the HTML DOM is going to be good for adoption, and they can continue to grow the product as customer needs change.
