Tech geeks believe the answer is always more tech.
Sort of like when the only tool you own is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Here is my point, tech has been increasing in the schools for a couple decades, during that same time SAT and ACT scores have steadily fallen. Perhaps "tech" is not and never has been the answer...
