The chess club
My vote would be, to strongly encourage them to go digital. And on line.

I'm secretary of my chess club, and it's very annoying that some elderly members don't even have a computer (let alone internet access). This makes communication a lot more difficult and slow.

I even offered them an old computer for free (I have some P3's in the attic, which run quite nicely on Xubuntu 8.04), but.... they refused. Sigh.
