Bleach water is one answer.
Can't remember the exact formula, but it ought to be easy to find. I think it's a quarter-cup bleach per gallon of water, not sure. Just wipe the keyboards and mice with a cleaning rag dipped and wrung out. To be effective, it needs to sit until it dries, though; that might be a problem.

Can't you just mist with Lysol? Is it an asthma trigger?
