My office lost it primary and secondary links to our data farm. We spent the morning without access to our email (exchange).

The servers are off site for security and redundancy reasons. We are in a location that has all sort of issues with the local power grid and if there is an earthquake we are underground. The cost of protecting against that was more expensive then moving our data center.

Nothing is perfect. I can buy a Toyota and still on an occasion have a repair bill. Doesn't make it a Ford.

If you want 100% use paper and pen.
