Can netbook subsidies from wireless companies work for schools?

Wi Fi Health Debacle Looms: While Schools in France remove Wi Fi over health concerns and the German govt. warns it citizens not to use it and Libraries across Europe remove same the U.S. is in a fury to spread this disease across all schools in the U.S. before the US media catches up to the rest of the world media which reports the results of thousands of studies worldwide that confirm a looming health debacle that will make tobacco look like the common cold. Some cities have moved to limit the amount of involuntary irradiation exposure. Portland Or, and Los Angeles have challenged the FCC on their law that Health concerns are not a valid reason to question the placement of a tower. Involuntary irradiation of citizens is the most greed driven form of child abuse the telecoms have perpetrated by placing towers on or near schools.
