- Nothing dying about OLPC or olpc, upper or lower case. 1 million kids have XO laptops in 31 countries and 19 languages, with another million headed too them. The results have been nothing less than complete social change. If Rwanda can 20% of its education budget on connected laptops, surely South Carolina should not be questioned about spending 2% of its.
