- E-Rate is a pain but worth it

We are a district that receive a 90% discount on our telecommunications. Although the process is a headache it is well worth it. My district allows me to absorb that reimbursement back in to my technology budget. We wouldn't have anything if it wasn't for this program.
The process at our organizations is done by myself (Director of Technology) and had been done using the SLD website in the past.
