RE: Are we spoon-feeding our users too much?
I find that the teachers that are the most phobic about technology, generally, are looking at retirement. These folks are not interested in acquiring new skills.I have little problem helping these folks through the last few years of teaching.

The other teachers are self motivated to learn more. I help them once in a while, but they try to work it out first. With this group, no spoon feeding is needed.
