Fear Factor
It seems I refer to lots of books when I post here. This time it is "A Course In Miracles" The two people responsible for getting this into print were psychiatrists in a teaching hospital and used the principles to improve their work communities team compatibility. It is a big book but the major premise in it is that everything reduces to two things. Fear and Love and that fear is not real. So many things we choose to do are based on the what might happen because what has happened mentality. The idea of recurrence learn from history as it repeats itself does have some truth but limits us when the past is filled with mistakes. It is why most people faced with a problem give up after a few goes if not one. The Edison's though see the vision the finished light bulb and say this mistake has left me one step closer. What we need to create is a culture of being open to the mistakes and making adjustments rather then a blocking off just because of misuse. I suspect from the way you write and share you have that kind of frame of thinking yourself.
