Confusing apps
Well, I agree with your article. However, I must point out that even the most advanced users get befuddled when some company...ohhh...I dunno...let's use Microsoft as an example...changes a ubiquitous program like Office and muddles everything up. Many people I know who switched to the newest version of Office ended up struggling to find the freaking PRINT button. I, myself, had to dig into Help (or perhaps I googled it...I can't remember). No wonder "adults" get tired of even trying.
