Madness i tell ya. People dont get it.. old people especially
ALOT of people here still print out EMAILS! THEY PRINT OUT EMAILS!

i about fell over the first time i saw it happen. I then questioned the user who said she could "read" it better on paper.

I think the issue with people is that with paper you can spread it all over your desk, with computers you can spread it all over your desktop, but your limited to your screen(s).

This is clearly an issue with user training and comfortability regarding computers.

Course as these old farts move out of the work force, the younger generation will adopt any new tasks.

Now, let me be clear, this does not apply to everyone over the age of 40, but the vast majority of low end users above that age seem to have trouble.

One note: some people seem to think things in digital form change frequenty, so by having a print out, they have a hard copy.
