The Internet is controled by who?
Your not touting Gov't control but? Who do you think controls the Internet? Not evil capitalism that is a fact. Their is no digital divide. I am a network mgr in a large school district in the southeast with 120K students and 8K teachers and have done this job for 10 years and the divide starts and ends with the parents.
Sure nice idea to have open labs before and after hours, been there, done that and no T-shirt because the parents don't care enough to send the kids to the labs. We offered to support the labs on off hours and it was wasted time. The parents that are not greedy and are disadvantaged and had bad luck are too busy purchasing fancy smart phones, big screen TVs and new cars. Give me a break with this economic boundary non-sense. Open your eyes and put down the koolaid.
