I'm not one to tout government regulations. But the Internet, like our hiway system is too critical to leave in the hands of the rich.

Capitalism can kill just as easily as it can provide. Sometimes someone has to stand up for the general public and do away with economic boundaries. I'm sure many of the have's will disagree. But the greedy always have.
