this is sad
I might be old school sporter, but I find this sad. It is like going to a gym to run like a lab rat or a cage hamster. I promise you this: in 3 months they will not do it anymore, and the whole exercise thing will be a thing of the past and you'll say "it was too good to be true".

I believe that sports is really an education thing. You have to train kids to listen to their body, learn how metabolism works, what to eat, and get them to *like* what they do. Involve them in team spirit competition, and get them to train *outside*, whatever that may be running, cycling, or rock climbing. Building a relationship with the sport is the way to go for a long healthy life. Everything else, like people who buy a home training machine, will just last a few months at best.
It is just my own opinion, but with many many many real-world examples to prove it.
