Not which, but when.
I live in Europe, virtually on a national border, and with 20 minutes I can have been to two other countries both of which have their own language.

My sons speak 4 languages - English, German, French and Luxembourgish. They would easily pass as native speakers in three of those countries.

But they didn't learn all this in school - they learnt it as infants, for whom language aquisiation appears to be effortless!

There is at least anecdotal evidence that learning each addition language also gets easier.

Therefore, I would suggest, don't worry too much which language your teaching them, but start as early as you possibily can. You dont even need to teach them - just talk to them.
