Are they necessary?
A question I am always hearing is whether standardized tests are necessary.

I keep wondering whether it was necessary for my kid's physician to pass her MCATs. I mean, afterall, if the AYP testing proves so little, what does her MCAT score prove?

And before any opponent tries to bring a lawsuit over the testing, be sure to ask your lawyer what score he/she recoeved on their LSAT.
