XPSE life extension = Staving off Linux
This seems like an upright thing to do, but MS
isn't so blind to the fact that if the OEMs can't install an XP
version that will run on the lesser hardware, Linux desktops
are available and most run fine on lesser hardware.

I seriously doubt that this stay of execution for XP Starter
Edition will percolate up to normal XP use.
