make sure they know how to get a site unblocked.
Make sure you publicize the method for teachers to get a site on the whitelist; it will keep them happier, and make your life easier. We had major moaning until we got the teachers to realize the filtering isn't just a black box somewhere with Big Brother's wishes in it. After they got used to the process, there's been no problems at all.
