Video on thin-clients is never a good thing
I used Windows Terminal Services in a library and the biggest complaint was always poor video performance on the workstations (i.e. web-based video streaming). Unless the video can be rendered on the client, performance is always going to suffer. I'm a big fan of the K-12 LTSP/Edubuntu project and hope to make a mass migration away from Windows-based clients. Unfortunately I don't see that day coming for a long time...
